โครงการนี้เล่าถึงเรื่องของยุคสมัยในย่านหัวลำโพงที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงและพัฒนาของสไตล์ neoclassic และรูปแบบของโรงแรม โดยสมัยก่อน โรงแรมศรีหัวลำโพงเป็นโรงแรมแบบ Mass Transit hotel เพราะเป็นโรงแรมที่อยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟหัวลำโพงที่นักเดินทาง โดยรถไฟสามารถพักก่อนขึ้นเครื่องหรือระหว่างรอรถไฟในระยะเวลาสั้นๆ ได้การผสมผสานระหว่างความหรูหราสง่างามโดยมีกลิ่นอายของ Neoclassic กับความดิบที่มีเอกลักษณ์และเรื่องราวจาก Old Rawness หรือความเก่าและความดิบที่เผยให้เห็นความจริงแท้ของวัสดุ เป็นการสะท้อนความแตกต่างที่ลงตัวระหว่าง "ความสมบูรณ์แบบ" และ "ความไม่สมบูรณ์แบบ"

This project narrates the evolution of the Hua Lamphong district where focusing on the transformation and development of the Neo-Classic style and hotel architecture. In the old days, Sri Hua Lamphong Hotel was a Mass Transit Hotel, conveniently located near Hua Lamphong railway station, serving travelers who needed short-term accommodation before boarding their train or while waiting for transit. The design blends luxurious elegance with the timeless charm of Neo-Classic style and the distinctive rawness of Old Rawness—a concept that embraces the authenticity of materials through their aged and unrefined characteristics. This fusion creates a striking harmony, highlighting the contrast between "perfection" and "imperfection."
