ปัจจุบันด้วยโครงสร้างสังคมและวิถีชีวิตที่เปลี่ยนไปทำให้คนหันมาเลี้ยงสัตว์กันมากขึ้นโดยเฉพาะสุนัขและแมวซึ่งทุกวันนี้การปฏิบัติต่อสัตว์เลี้ยงไม่ใช่เป็นแค่สัตว์เลี้ยงแต่เป็นสมาชิกในครอบครัว ทำให้เกิดปรากฎการณ์ "PET HUMANIZATION Pet Humanization หมายถึงพฤติกรรมการเลี้ยงสัตว์ที่เปรียบเสมือนเป็น “สมาชิก” คนหนึ่งของครอบครัว ซึ่ง Pet Humanizationไม่ได้มองสัตว์เลี้ยงเป็นแค่ “เพื่อน” แต่บางคนยังยกสถานภาพเทียบเท่ากับ “ลูก” โดยผู้เลี้ยงมีบทบาทเป็นผู้ปกครองที่คอยดูแลสารทุกข์สุขดิบของสมาชิกในปกครองของตนโดยพฤติกรรมของกลุ่ม Pet Humanizationจะให้ความสำคัญต่อสัตว์เลี้ยงค่อนข้างสูง

Nowadays by the society and lifestyle structures changing that make the people turn on feeding the more pet especially dogs and cats by this present time, the practice to pet not be only the normal pet but they are like their family membership hence occurring the evidence of “PET HUMANIZATION” Pet Humanization be the behavior of Pet feeding as being one Membership in family which Pet Humanization doesn’t think that pet be only the “Friend” by they think that the pet have the status as equal as “their children son or daughter” that feeders have the role as being their parents who must take care their pet happiness as the one of membership in family by the behavior of Pet Humanization group would give the most importance to their pets.
